Ingredients :

6 bananas
2 cups coconut milk
2tbs/30 ml granulated sugar
0.5 tsp/2.5ml salt


Peel the bananas and chop into 5cm segments. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk with the sugar and salt, and cook gently until the sugar dissolved. Add the banana pieces and cook gently for 5 minutes. Divide the mixture into 6-8 small bowls and serve warm.
